Installation Support
On-site technical assistance, guidance and detailed instructions from an Active Power service engineer ensures proper installation and certifies that the unit will be ready for start-up.

Start-Up
Configuration and optimisation of your Uninterruptible Power Supply system by an Active Power service engineer including verification of the electrical contractor’s work, system calibration, pre-power check & power up.

Commissioning Support

Limited Warranty

Active Power offers a robust limited warranty that covers all repair labor and parts completely free of charge for a full year following the installation of your system. This warranty is our promise of quality and reliability, ensuring that your investment is protected and operates flawlessly. For added peace of mind, we provide a range of extended warranty plans.

Service Agreements

Preventative Maintenance

Preservation and restoration of system reliability before it has an opportunity to fail including the replacement of mineral oil required for proper flywheel operation.

Bearing change

Replacement of the bearing to ensure optimum reliability of the flywheel.

DC Capacitor Replacement

Replacement of the capacitors prior to the end of expected life helps maximize UPS uptime.

Customer Training

Classes can be scheduled anytime following the commissioning of new units or may take place at the Active Power factory in Austin, TX. The training comprehensively addresses the fundamental design aspects of the UPS, equipping attendees with the essential knowledge to proficiently carry out routine operations and adeptly identify abnormal system conditions.
