On-Site Training

Warranty
Active Power proudly warranties all the products we sell. PowerHouse comes with a standard 12-month warranty backing all major components of the system.CleanSource UPS is backed by the industry's only Lifetime Warranty. We'll keep your system under warranty with no-cost repair labor and parts for as long as the system is in service, provided all preventive and recommended maintenance is performed on your machine by a certified Active Power technician. Choose one of our three low cost maintenance plan options for the best value on maintenance for your system.
Some countries and regions do not recognize the CleanSource UPS Lifetime Warranty claim. In those instances, Active Power offers a 20-year warranty provided all conditions are met.
PowerService Maintenance
Pure peace of mind comes with our PowerService programs. You can select the program tailored to best meet your needs and be assured that everything will be taken care of by a qualified, certified Active Power technical support engineer. Active Power offers three flexible service plans designed to meet individual customer needs. Additional preventative maintenance and bearing changes may be added a la carte to any plan.Service & Maintenance Requirements
CleanSource UPS has been designed with ease of maintenance in mind. It requires only simple and non-invasive annual maintenance and a bearing change every fourth year – there's no need for quarterly inspections or a complete replacement every 3 to 5 years that typical battery-based systems require.
All recommended maintenance is performed by a factory-certified service engineer in the field. In the case of our multi-module systems (G, Z, and iC series), we can perform maintenance on one flywheel while the other flywheels are online and protecting the load.
Required maintenance for PowerHouse includes the CleanSource UPS maintenance listed above plus routine annual maintenance on the generator, HVAC system and other system components.

Remote System Monitoring
Active Power's Remote System Monitoring puts a trained, experienced set of eyes on your system at all times. Our technicians will receive warnings and alarms in real time and respond proactively to resolve the issue. Active Power will also proactively manage your maintenance schedule and contact you when maintenance is due. Remote System Monitoring is included in the PowerService Advantage maintenance plan and available as an option on other plans.
